One of the most successful ships in US history is now one of the most unique attractions in New York City. Berthed on the mighty Hudson River in Manhattan, the Museum offers educational exhibits and exciting events.

Building on the long and distinguished history of the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid, the Museum provides a glimpse back to a time when the future of the free world hinged on these great ships. Together with the destroyer USS Edson, the submarine USS Growler and over twenty-five aircraft,  visitors are treated to an inside look of life at sea, past, present and future.

The Museum has many  exhibits that range from actual artifacts to relevant installations about current events such as Intrepid Remembers and Defending our Future Ride in the A-6 Cockpit Simulator.  Fleet Week and Kids Week are two of many special annual attractions.
